I found this brand watching repair shop vids. Shipping was very quick & just used for first time. The thin is for very small issues. I used the medium & thick on my cheese board project. Grabbed these to put a small amount of product in for a travel kit. I do furniture repair and taking a small amount instead of the entire bottle will help with the life span of the glue.
I love the starbond medium when making my american flags. I do not have to wait at least 24 hours for the glue to dry between each of the 13 boards and union that I have to glue together. After regular glue dries, I then have to try to peel or scrape the excess off of my boards and or the project may be bowed if not clamped down correctly. With the starbond, the boards are instantly glued and no mess or worrying about it bowing from clamping. Why I did not save myself some heartache and try this stuff earlier I do not know. It saves a lot of time, and I appreciate that the color is also clear so that it does not show through the cracks on my project.

I used Starbond for the first time on a live oak table top for a customer. The wood is 230yrs old with numerous small cracks and knots to fill. In the past I would use epoxy to fill these voids. Using epoxy usually takes 12 hrs from pour to sanding day. Instead I used Starbond medium-thick black and I am very pleased with the results. I was sanding all the voids in less than 10 minutes when using the accelerator. Starbond saved me hours in this project.

Great product!! Use it nearly everyday in one way or another, not only is it good for woodworking and filling holes in wood. It is also great to keep around the house to repair broken picture frames, coffee mugs, and an assortment of toys the kids break. I 100% recommend Starbond premium superglues.
I've been using Starboard CA glue exclusively for over 10 years, as a pro luthier. It is the best quality product of all the CA glues I've tried. And very importantly also...the support has always been there for me, nice people to deal with. Normally I just buy the clear Thin Super Fast, and the accelerator , but trying the other medium and thick versions recently offered in a discount offer....I find that these along with the color Black and Brown Glues, they are very handy to have in my shop. As I've said, I've tried most of the other brands at one time or another, and this is the best there is out there.
I use this for all my wood lathe turning needs, including putting on a finish.
