Product Description

Show the grain in a tabletop or the color in a decorative art panel beneath a glossy finish. Starbond ClarityPro Tabletop Epoxy Resin is a clear epoxy resin with UV resistance for table tops, bar tops and suitable resin art. Use this bar top epoxy to keep the wood or artwork beneath the coating visible. Its self-leveling flow helps the coating settle across a prepared, level surface. UV resistance helps address light-related yellowing.

This 3-gallon kit contains 2 gallons of Part A resin and 1 gallon of Part B hardener, along with mixing instructions and a safety guide. The mix ratio is 2:1; follow the supplied directions for measuring and mixing. Prepare the surface and workspace first, then follow the coating and cure instructions. Check a small sample when using pigments or coating an unfamiliar finish. Use the recommended coating thickness for the job; a deep casting needs a resin and process intended for that depth. Let the coating cure fully before returning the piece to use, and follow the product’s care guidance.

Is ClarityPro a tabletop coating or a deep-pour resin?
ClarityPro is a tabletop epoxy coating system. Use the layer thickness and application method in its current directions. Do not assume it is suitable for a deep casting simply because it is clear epoxy.
What is the ClarityPro epoxy resin mix ratio?
ClarityPro uses a 2:1 mix ratio. The 3-gallon kit contains 2 gallons of Part A resin and 1 gallon of Part B hardener. Follow the supplied instructions for the correct measuring method and mixing procedure.
Can I add color to ClarityPro?
Use only pigments or additives compatible with the system and within its directions. Check a small cured sample for color, appearance and cure before coating the finished project.

Quick curing epoxy with uses other than just table tops

I used the table top epoxy for a charcuterie board with a 1” pour. I figured it would be ok due to the low volume of epoxy. I was able to take it out of the mold the next day. Had I used a deep pour it would have taken 3 days. Great stuff with very little bubbles.
