We found on the internet a badly warped give-a-way piece of maple with many imperfections and knot holes. After isolating a section large enough for my project (electric guitar body) and planing and sanding to the correct thickness, I filled the imperfections with clear thick CA glue and the knot holes with black knot hole filler, both from Starbond. The process was simple and quick. After sanding, the board was smooth and the wood looked natural.
The bundle method is the way to go for production projects. The refillable extra tubes are now another tool in my shop and bundled with the accelerator it’s very convenient.
The replacement caps you sent me were the wrong size for the bottles I have been buying. I’m disappointed.
