Starbond Super Glue Aerosol Accelerator
Starbond Super Glue Aerosol Accelerator is used to significantly speed up the drying time of cyanoacrylate super glues. Also known as a Super glue “activator”, this accelerant is solvent-based, and can be applied before and/or after the glue application. Commonly paired with slower-drying, thicker viscosity adhesives and black Super glue, Starbond Super Glue Accelerator is also helpful when priming uneven surfaces. It’s ideal for material combinations that are harder to bond and for colder, drier environments that delay curing time. Our aerosol cans deliver a finely compressed mist and are perfect for the infrequent user, as the acetone in the product does not escape the bottle organically. Also available as a pump spray, this accelerator cures Super glue in seconds – no more waiting!
Professional Tips:
- When using higher volumes of Super glue to fill gaps, bonding times may increase – use of Starbond Super Glue Accelerator is highly recommended.
- Starbond Super Glue Accelerator can also be used to enhance joint strength, when used to cure excess adhesive that results from joints being pressed together.

I find that StarBond works well in all facets of our shop and store from putting pieces of expensive crystal back together for our customers and the many uses in our CNC Shop.
Once comfortable with the product it was great. Used to adhere several walking stick emblems & all are WELL attached. No fear of losing.

For years I tried fixing things with super glue and "never" got it to work well if at all. When I started using Starbond with their methods and accelerator I am able to get fantastic results. It is well worth the price.

I received my shipment of glue on time as promised, and all I could say was nice. From the packaging it came in, to the accessories that come with the glue. I realize it said in your advertisement that it came with all these accessories. But you know how it is when you open up a package, you always go. Oh these are junk. But when I opened these up. I said wow these are really really nice. I was totally impressed. And then I got to use the glue and all I could say was nice. What an awesome product. It worked great. I have used a lot of CA glues And I can honestly say this is some of the nicest glue, I have ever used. Then you also have the different colors which is totally awesome for filling knots or fixing edges. Just a great product.

Great product. Mix the glue with sawdust, fill the hole and the apply the accelerator. You’re ready to sand in no time. Really cuts down on your wait time so holes can be filled and you can keep working to finish your project.
Remember to order way ahead of time for your products. Their warehouse ninjas (as they call them) must not be very ninja-weee. They are the slowest shipping from anyone that we order from for our business. I am a full time woodworker and use their products on a weekly basis. Kinda disappointed.
