Starbond Applicator Nozzles fit our 2-ounce size cylindrical bottles and provide a uniform and precise glue flow for all your project needs.  These replacement nozzles feature a built-in plastic gasket to ensure a tight fit and prevent leaks.  Replace your old and hardened applicators to keep your glue fresh for longer!

 Measurements:

  • Cap Diameter: 0.91 inches (2.3 cm)
  • Nozzle Height: 2.2 inches (5.3 cm)

 Instructions:

  1. Pull off the white ribbed overcap to reveal the clear applicator nozzle.
  2. Use scissors to create an opening near the tip of the applicator nozzle – NOTE: create smaller incisions when using thin-viscosity adhesives, and larger incisions for thicker-viscosity CAs.

        Work well, priced fair

        I do a lot of 3d printed airplane items requiring ca glue so I trash the nozzles no matter how carefully I clean them. This is a perfect kit t get to the end of the bottle.

        Starbond CA glue is a fine, consistent product. But I got more than that.

        This is a “gluing system.” It’s great to have extra nozzles and fine-tip applicators. Don’t have to compromise my work in that regard.

        Extend the life of your bottle!

        I find that no matter how careful I am, the nozzles get stuck and then I have chew them up with pliers.. replacing them with new applicator nozzles is a cheap and easy fix! And Starbond couldn't have possibly shipped these faster (and over the Christmas holiday too!)

        Great product

        I’ve never used cna glue with an accelerant before selecting this product. It’s been very useful and the quality and customer service is excellent. Recently, I ordered some replacement caps after cutting the original one too short. However, caps were lost in the mail. I contacted Starbond and received replacement caps in a few days.
