Light Brown Medium Super Glue [Pro Kit] — Fill Light-Colored Wood Cracks

Love using these quality products. I create wood items that require speed plus precision and the Starbond adhesives work super well for me! Could buy cheaper product, but I think I’ll stick with the best!

I use Starbond on a lot of my wood products where you have small holes or hairline cracks. The stuff absolutely works. It’s some of the best out there.

Work with a lot of hardwood slabs and use both the brown and black medium thick to fill voids and cracks. Love this stuff. Makes work so much faster and easier. The extra bottles and tips that come with big bottles and fantastic. 5+++ Stars !!

I have been doing a number of "distressed" bowls lately that have numerous cracks, etc. I recently bough a large bottle of the Brown CA as I am realizing just how much I depend on it.....not just the nice fill, but to hold it together while I am a actually turning the bowl.

I've used the medium thick black and brown for a couple of years. It fills knot holes easily and is difficult to see once it is sanded.

I use the brown and black medium CA glue to fill small cracks and voids in hardwoods. Also use it to mount crosses and hearts on various pieces like urns and small memory boxes. I like using this product because of its strength and rapid set time.

I ordered this on the advice of a woodworker friend who uses it in his woodturning. In short, it’s great. It’s a good viscosity for sealing cracks and for filling in gaps, and the nozzle and cap design work well, preventing clogs and allowing me to use the entire contents. I’m sold.

We love Starbond thick and medium thick dark colored glues. We use them to partially fill crevices and flaws in the old reclaimed wood we make into tables. Often we start with a layer of medium to soak into the wood, harden it and then fill with the thicker product.

As usual everything went smooth and the glues are the best I’ve used

We cut our own spruce trees and beach logs. We then process them into shiplap interior paneling. After Kiln drying, we run the 1-1/16" boards through a 15" planner. When planning we were losing lots of knots and getting nicks in my planner blades quite often. We used Duarock to fill knots for the first loads. We found it was time consuming and wrong coloring, but it did keep knots from blowing out. We tried adding color but not a lot of luck. We started using Star bond to fill knots the last load (#15) of 100 - 16' 1x8 average width live edge boards. No knots blew out; I had no notches in my planner blades. We use three types of your glue Thick, Medium Thick and Medium, depending on the size of the gaps we are trying fill. Great product I use it daily for lots of other projects I build.

While the dark brown and black are great for wood like walnut, sapele, etc., as well as for adding contrast, the light brown is a great addition for use on woods that don’t have those darker brown colors. I used for the first time on some spalted hackberry and the results were very pleasing. I’ve got mesquite, spalted maple, and white oak projects in the works and I believe the light brown Starbond will fit the bill.

I used this tint to fill a small crack in a cherry board, and it worked wonderfully! If you didn't know better, you would think it was part of the grain.

Absolutely love this product. It's the best for Black Walnut ans just adds character to any particular project you are working.

Holds everything instantly with the accelerant. I've been extremely pleased with the results when using these glues.
