CA Wow.

I am a new wood turner. I have just learned about using CA glue with my glue chuck. Once the chuck is attached to the bowl blank with Starbond CA glue it is ready to put on the lathe and start turning. Another reason, you no longer have to use a mortise or tenon, therefore you are not wasting wood.
Removal of the glue chuck is also simple. I used to cut it off with a parting tool. No longer. I use a chisel and a hammer. The Chisel is placed on the joint between chuck and the bowl. After a few hits the chuck drops off. Then you can finish the bottom using a jam chuck or a vacuum chuck. Easy.

Awesome stuff

2nd time ordering from starbond. Ordered a 3 pack back in 2019 and stored it in the fridge as recommended. Still was good but info got dumped and spilled all over the inside of the fridge. But it still being good 5 years later is absolutely insane.
