Dispensing Gap Filler Thick CA Glue with Ease

We understand that dispensing our Gap Filler Thick CA Glue from the applicator nozzle of the 2 oz bottle can be a little difficult at times due to the hardness of the bottle. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

In the past, we used softer bottles which sometimes leaked or deformed, so for your safety, in recent years, we upgraded to reinforced (thicker and harder) bottles.

To make it easier to use the Thick CA Glue, we suggest cutting a bigger hole in the applicator nozzle. This will increase the flow of the glue and make it easier to dispense.

We know this is a basic tip, but hope it is helpful for anyone who's had some difficulty getting CA glue out of their 2 oz. bottle at a desired flow.

Works Great filling dents and dings in gunstocks

I used this to fill deep scratches, dents and dings in a gunstock. It really worked great! Easiest method I've found so far.

Great putty

This worked great to fill in some edge chips on a dark granite countertop. I also used it to fill nail holes on antique slate roof tiles so I could engrave them and sell at a craft fair.

thick gap filler for hardwood bench

Used thick gap filler (without accelerator) to fill cracks in a tropical rain forest hard wood bench (repurposed rail-road ties). The thick fillers small nozzle was very effective to prevent excess filler on the piece. The thick filler took several subsequent applications to fill the gaps but was "thin" enough to flow into the cracks. I believe the amount flowing into the gaps is much better than an epoxy like west system would have achieved and certainly without a high amount of excess epoxy being applied on the piece.

I used these disks on a project that was comprised of 6 exotic woods and they performed very well!
